Refunds from Devbhumi Dwarka

We do not process payments, take card bookings, or collect hotel or tour fees on this site. Because we never charge you, there is nothing for us to refund for browsing or using the website.

Cancelling Third-Party Bookings

If you book accommodation, transport, boat rides, or tour packages through a third-party website or vendor we mention, cancellation requests must go directly to that provider. Each company has its own cancellation window, penalties, and refund rules. Devbhumi Dwarka cannot cancel or speed up refunds on your behalf.

How Long Refunds Take

When a third-party vendor approves a refund, timing depends on their policy and your payment method — typically 5–15 business days for card payments and 7–21 days for bank transfers. Contact the booking platform or hotel directly for updates. Keep your confirmation emails and cancellation reference numbers until the refund appears.

Services That Are Often Non-Refundable

Some bookings are commonly non-refundable, regardless of vendor: festival-week hotel rooms with no-cancellation terms, prepaid temple pooja passes from the Shri Dwarkadhish Temple Administration Trust, government bus tickets after departure, and special-event tour packages.
